Windsurfing has become a international phenomenon that has taken root in countries across the world. This article speaks of the recent change the Japanese University Boardsailing Federation (JUBF) has made to their usual regulations regarding board usage. The Japan based windsurfing associations has negotiated a deal to exclusively use BIC Sports products for their 300+ group of sailors.Bic is well known for its superior board design that is suggested for beginners but also trusted by veterans. The JUBF is focused on influencing as many beginner watermen and sailors as possible and the Bic brand allows for an easy way to do so.
