The final women's PWA Slalom event of the 2010 PWA windsurfing season was set to happen over the last few days in Almanarre, France. Unfortunately pour wind conditions had the female athletes spending more time on the beach poised for the go ahead than out on the waves enjoying some slalom windsurfing action. Thankfully the competitors still have that fighting spirit in them and will be racing as soon as mother nature smiles down on them and gives them a steady bit of wind to pick up their sails.
